These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, communications, and services of PJ Unlimited LLC (“PJ Unlimited,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using pj-unlimited.com, requesting a budget estimate, creating an account, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Our Services

PJ Unlimited is a full-service general contractor based in Enumclaw, Washington, serving King & Pierce County. Our website lets you request a preliminary budget range for remodels, additions, and new construction. Any budget range or feasibility information shown online is for planning purposes only, is not a binding quote, and does not constitute a contract or a guarantee. Final scope and pricing are established in a written agreement before any work begins.

3. Estimates, Consultations & Pricing

Budget ranges and feasibility estimates shown or provided online are preliminary and are subject to a site visit, permitting, and applicable code requirements. They may change once we assess your property in person. Any project we undertake is governed by a separate written services agreement. Where applicable, payments are staged (typically a portion at signing, a portion at project start, and the remainder at completion) as set out in that agreement.

4. Accounts

Some features, including receiving your budget estimate, require a free member account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You may request deletion of your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The website, its content, and our branding are owned by PJ Unlimited or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our services.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Budget ranges and any illustrative content are estimates and may not reflect exact scope, materials, finishes, dimensions, or final pricing. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJ Unlimited and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our obligations for any actual construction work are governed by the separate written services agreement for that project.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PJ Unlimited harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
